1. Who we are
Bullseye is operated by Humazing Pty Ltd (“Humazing,” “we,” “us”), of 1/31 Beach Street, Frankston VIC 3199, Australia. These terms govern your use of the Bullseye platform at this website, whether you use it as a brand, a creator, or a visitor.
2. What Bullseye is
Bullseye is a marketplace that connects finance & markets brands with creators to produce sponsored content. Bullseye is not a financial adviser, broker, or licensee, and does not provide financial product advice. Content arranged through the platform is marketing material produced by independent creators, not advice from Humazing.
3. Accounts
You need an account to post briefs or submit content. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for anything that happens under it. Creator accounts go through a compliance screening step before they can take briefs; we may decline or revoke approval at our discretion.
4. Briefs, submissions and compliance review
Brands post briefs describing the content they want. Approved creators may submit content against an open brief. Every submission is screened for compliance — including claims, required disclosures, and disclosure of the commercial relationship — before a brand can approve it. Bullseye may reject or request changes to any submission at its discretion, and neither a brand nor a creator is entitled to have content approved.
Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable advertising and disclosure obligations, including clearly identifying sponsored content as an advertisement or paid partnership.
5. Payment
Where a brief specifies a budget, that amount is the gross placement value. Bullseye deducts a platform fee (disclosed at the time the brief is posted) and remits the balance to the creator once a placement is confirmed live. Payment terms in effect at the time you post or accept a brief apply to that placement.
6. Content ownership and licence
Creators retain ownership of the content they produce. By submitting content against a brief, a creator grants the brand a licence to use that content for the purposes, duration, and platforms described in the brief. Any use beyond that scope should be agreed separately between the brand and creator.
7. Prohibited content
You must not submit or request content that:
- Makes guaranteed-return or “can't lose” claims;
- Provides unlicensed personal financial advice or specific buy/sell recommendations;
- Conceals or fails to disclose that content is sponsored; or
- Is false, misleading, or breaches a law or regulatory code applicable to financial or crypto marketing in the relevant jurisdiction.
8. Liability
Bullseye reviews content for compliance red flags but does not guarantee that any placement is free of regulatory risk, and does not provide legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humazing excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents information to us, or poses a compliance risk to the platform.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Bullseye after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
